the CHILI DOG and the activities.

hello..
okay, i feel baaaaaaaaaaaaad!
i made a CHILI DOG few days ago and i forgot to take a picture :'(
it was pretty good but average, gotta try harder.. yeaaaay

and the other bad news are ;
right now i'm dancing all night long for like almost every day, like till' 10 p.m.
it's so tiring when i still have lots of assignment (even quiz) to do for the next morning.
i don't even have time to shop. Since i have no ingredients left (and no energy left),
i can't cook :'(  -till' around 10th October 2010-

so sad. but since i love dancing, i think i'm gonna be fine ;p

Pre-anniversary Fettucine :)

yoo hooo.. FYI, i bought new equipments yesterday so i  couldn't hardly wait to cook todaaay!
i bought two new pans, a biggie knife, plates forks and bowls......................................
and the good news is: IN LOW PRICE :D yiiipiiiiee

meeting the bf after a week we haven't met is such a pleasure, plus tommorrow is our one and a half year :)
my plan was to cook for him tommorrow, but i can't stand it! i want to cook right here right now,
so let's just cook all day long until midnight! haha

so i made a Pre-anniversary Fettucine for us.
A creamy-chicken-mushroom Fettucine.. which iiiiiis VERY DELICIOUS! breath taking, i wanna cry :'(
is it the butter?the cheese? or the passion to cook?or the love? that makes it so delicious.

But, you know what?! i screwed up on tearing a plastic full of salt..
i spilled it all over the table (it's small enough PLUS it's full of salt, sucks!)
i was exhausted by a scissor! i can't find it anywhere. where are you, hail scissor? come back please...
Okay, i screwed up in the beginning, but the end is the most important and it's beautifuuul.

so beautiful looking at someone eating your hand-made meal edaciously.
especially when you cook for them...

i think i'm into this challenge.

i spent 6 years dreaming about having my own place selling cakes, pasta and pastry.
and i've been doing nothing but dreaming.

until i met Julie/Julia (you're a saint.. am i allowed to say this, Julie :p)

Breakfast for Family

FINALLY, hello!
i finally made something for the simple start. i made a veryy simple BREAKFAST for FAMILY!
it's all about egg, bread, tuna, onion, and cheese :)
so easy to make, so little time to spend.

first, i made Tuna Sandwich! a delicious one. here they go...

 i think next time, i'll toast the bread and maybe plus egg and cheese?

then i made the Cheese French Toast!
tips : better served hot with maple syrups and fresh fruits
i put them together in a plate with the Tiger Cheese Omelette! the cube cheese inside it is breath takiiing :)
oops! i left some tuna.. so i let the Tunion (Tuna and Onion)blends with it's friend
So, 3 in 1, baby! Voilaaa!

tips for the French Toast : better served hot with maple syrups and fresh fruits :)
